Ingredients
1tbspHoney OR Vegan Alternative
1tbspBrown Sugar
1tbspVegan Margarine
1Bananaripe but still firm
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or vegan alternativand brown sugar. Set aside.
Preheat a non stick skillet over medium high heat and melt the vegan margarine. Add the thick sliced bananas and don’t move them for about 5 minutes or until golden and caramelized. Flip and repeat.
Add the honey mixture and cook just until thickened slightly.
Spoon hot mixture over vegan vanilla bean ice cream and enjoy!
