Puff Pastry
thawed according to package instructions

Red Apple
anything suitable for baking

Ground Cinnamon

Sugar

Apricot or Strawberry Jelly/Jam
warmed to make spreading easier
Almond Milk or Melted Vegan Margarine
for brushing
Instructions
Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment.
Cut a puff pastry sheet into four equal portions.
Add the warmed jelly/jam and spread almost to the edges.
Add half of the cinnamon sugar and top with apple slices. Repeat with reserved cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 8-10 minutes and then brush with either almond milk or melted vegan margarine. Return to bake for another 8-10 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool slightly and add a scoop of your favorite vegan vanilla ice cream.
